Our staff is committed to creating the best living experience possible for our long-term care residents, beginning from day one. We ensure a smooth transition into our community, taking the time to get to know each resident and their loved ones. Based on your history and preferences, we work together to create a clinical care plan and an itinerary of preferred activities and facilitate connections with peers who share your interests.

Long-term care at Davis Place includes access to 24-hour medical attention from our physicians, specialists, therapists, and nursing staff. Our facility is equipped to manage acute issues and maintain strong partnerships with local hospitals to ensure the highest quality medical care available. We also offer on-site dental, podiatry, ophthalmology, mental health, laboratory, x-ray, and other clinical services.

Davis Place is a home away from home for our long-term care residents. We are
committed to providing warm, personalized attention to every resident, partnering with them
to build a lifestyle that brings them joy and satisfaction. This may include maintaining a
consistent schedule to ensure the resident connects with preferred staff members, or
offering activities the resident particularly enjoys.

Along with excellent medical care, we are attentive to every resident’s emotional and mental
needs. Our staff includes compassionate mental health professionals and social workers
who can provide extra attention.

We consider each resident and their family as part of our care team. Communication lines are always open. We welcome questions, concerns, feedback, and, of course, in-person visits.

I spent 21 days at Davis Place after a total hip replacement. I would definitely recommend Davis Place. The staff is excellent, from the nurses to the CNAs. I had great care. The OT and PT staff are very professional and the knowledge of my hip surgery was remarkable. TWO THUMBS UP!!!

I can’t thank this place enough for what they did for my grandfather. He stayed at Davis Place for about a month’s time and my family could not be happier with the amazing service that was provided. He even enjoyed the food! I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of this level of care. The staff was so friendly. I was in contact with the social worker on his case, and she was always willing to speak with me and ease my own nerves. The nurses came to his side whenever he needed them and they always kept a smile on their faces. You will not regret having your loved one stay here!!
